Maritime Parc – Jersey City

Maritime Parc is a breathe of fresh air from the standard NJ wedding locations. It’s clean, simple, modern– a pristine canvas for a bride to design her wedding. Beth and Anthony jumped on this location before construction was even finished. Add to this Beth’s chic/contemporary style and you get a phenomenal day to be a wedding photographer. Even better was the opportunity to see the bride’s family again as I had photographed her sister’s wedding back in 2009. It’s a special experience to be able to return and see what I consider old friends. Children have been born, families have grown closer, and I get a second intimate glance into their lives. A wonderful day to witness the love of family and friends.

Northampton Valley Country Club

If there is one tip I would give to any bride it would be this: make time for photography. Not only is it an advantage for me, but it’s a gift for you and your beloved. Once you step into that reception, time moves faster than you could possibly imagine. I love that Kimm & Pat understood this.

Belclare Equestrian Bridal Session

Having done Becky’s wedding back in January we finally got a chance to do a shoot in her element: her equestrian farm. Along for the shoot was her maid of honor and sister, Brittany. Immediately afterwards I was coaxed from the role of photographer to rider. Mind you, the last time I was on a horse it was inanimate and went around in a circle. I can confidently say these girls are brave.
